Paymaya Refund (PH)

Hello! Anyone here tried refunding a steam purchase back to Paymaya? Was just wondering if you guys(those who refunded to Paymaya) had to wait for a couple of days to get their refund money.

Yes. I've read that. Actually, this is not my first time refunding a game on Steam and therefore not my first time using E-wallet(Paymaya). I usually refund my money back to Steam and get my money back in hours but in this case I decided to refund it back to my E-wallet.

Problem is, it's almost 7 days since my purchase. Strange though the article you posted states 10 days but mine said 7 days or maybe I misread it, well, nevertheless. I've tried sending support tickets to my E-wallet company which is Paymaya. No dice on that, sadly.

Up to 7 days to your Steam wallet.

Up to 10 (business) days for external payment methods. That does not count weekends. So, up to 14 full days.

Unless the refund was within 24 hours of the initial purchase. In that case, the funds would drop off the statement as if it never happened. Ask the payment provider for exact times for that.

It's definitely within 24hrs since the initial purchase vs the refund. I'd happily send a screenshot here if my account wouldn't be compromised.

I've had the same issue but on that case it's Humble bundle. I tried availing a humble monthly but my e-wallet was declined. A day after, I got my money back. But that was waaay months ago.

No SS here. Not necessary. Declined payment taps usually drop off within 1-3 days. But not with refunds.

I know this is late but any update with your refund?, I just recently refunded nier because it just doesnt work well with my pc, and I also refunded it to my paymaya, just gonna ask if your refund was succesful and did it go back to your paymaya or steam wallet? Also how long did it take?
