Steam 15 years badge

Hello, my account is created since september 2003 but i don't have the steam 15 years badge, only 13 !

Why ?

Is it possible to fix this ?

Because the account is limited.

Make your account non-limited and it should update.

They unlimited their account today by purchasing something so their account finally had spent $5 USD.

Accounts, long ago, were able to level without having spent $5 USD, but once it was necessary to do that, accounts that had already got levels in their "Years of Service" badge still got to keep the years they'd gotten already.. but it "stalled" in updating any further years until they became unlimited (spent $5 USD)
