Valve games are not launching

I tried to launch 3 games, none of which are working for some reason. Garry's Mod (Of all games that destroys my soul), L4D2 (I made a post about this already a day or so ago and gave up because I ran out of options.) And CSGO. Literally TF2 and L4D1 are the only Valve games that are currently working, including others. These 3 games are having issues that I fear that nothing will work but to buy a whole new PC or such. This has never happened before, especially GMod because I put several hours into it compared to any other game I have and ran into no problems. Now I'm beginning to think that it will spread to my other games, leaving my Steam app entirely disabled for gaming.

Specs-
CPU- AMD Ryzen 3 1200
GPU- GeForce GTX 1060 3gb
RAM- 8GB

I also noticed that my Razer app doesn't show my rig anymore when it used to. I do let my brother play on my pc, but I only ever see him play GTA 5 and Fortnite (Loser). I did notice some files for GTA 5, at most they're probably mods. Could that be the main reason for all of this?

What Razer app are you running? I tend to disable synapse unless I'm playing an MMO.

Usually I have Synapse on cuz I have custom color patterns for my mouse on it that I want to have, and I have Cortex disabled because I thought that was the issue. Thinking I should just reset my pc completely in case of something actually serious, hopefully not a damn virus.

Tried the usual -novid and -safe? added in both games launch options.

1) Get you banned off a bunch of platforms by acting like a turd
2) Buy a bunch of games then file chargebacks
3) Get you VAC banned with crappy cheat programs that also infect the crap out of the PC with digital syphilis.

If he did give your computer digital syphilis, you should wake him up with a water balloon to the face that's been cooling in the fridge overnight. (Don't put it in the freezer)

I guess if you share a room, otherwise it's water. I guess it would be riskier now with phones and ♥♥♥♥, but I assure you, it's as corrective as spraying a cat with a water bottle.
