360 Controller Analog Sticks Feels Stiff

My xbox 360 wired controller sensitivity feels so stiff in some games now even on the highest sensitivity its feels so slow aiming/moving especially when I look up and down... Anyone else having similar issues because I don't remember it being like this or any way to fix this? Can I use PS4 gamepad on pc to play steam games?

Yes you'll be able to use a ps4 controller to play steam games think there is two methods first go to big picture mode, controller settings, and tick playstation configuration settings then plug in the controller second option would be to install ds4windows
