Answered: Anything can get into Steam, Even worthless lazy ones. Its not actually some kind of allowing weird crave that people wants into Steam, they're just profiting from them and those hentai games blocks other good Indie games from Steam's Platform. If you're good at making bad content that people wants Steam will allow you to sell them in your platform.
