Need to find my CD key

I need to get my CD key from a game to confirm that I have it, but have been unable to find it. Is there a way to see it and if so, how?

The devs of what exactly? So far, I saw you mentioning Discord but it's not on Steam.

DUE PROCESS, as far as I can tell. So it's a steam game, and they use your CD key as a door check for the discord.

Which is ♥♥♥♥. They could just as well tag a player ID or something like that. I don't think much of discord to begin with.

Crap, the first time you fire the game up it could generate an ID code for chat purposes, but apparently the devs missed that opportunity.

Or they could do like any other legitimate business and get a proper list of people's emails and put them on an actual mailing list for things like this, have a website link that generates a single-use id.
