Games count on profile

I'm aware that certain games don't add to your game counter (banned, removed from store). Recently I recognised that even games without profile restrictions or bans aren't counting, too. E.g. I activated 9 games from the Fanatical bento bundle and only 8 are counted, none of them has any restrictions.

Yes, i checked that. Had the same with hidden gems pick and mix counting 3/5.

Free2Play games don't count.

Games removed by Valve don't count.

There are also games that are in the "Learning" phase...

As I said, I'm aware of all that. As I specified it's about the game count on the profile and it's not about f2p games since I bought them. The question is, why games with no restrictions aren't counted.

Hmm call me crazy but checking the Fanatical Bento Bundle I only see 8 games listed in it not 9

Perhaps he's talking about the Bento 2 bundle, which has 10 games.

in that case I would suggest he checks to see if any of his other games have been removed and he has a -1 from that making him think one didn't count.

Yeah i think he means he activated 9 of the 10 games from this bundle

Jup, Bento 2. I already had one of those, that's why i activated 9. Had the same issue with the pick and mix a day or two before and a research didn't reveal any visible restrictions in both cases.

That would be highly coincidental if that happened two times and exactly in the moment i activated the keys. I checked the game count right before and after activating those keys. Had a tingling sensation that I should check, since i lost track of the game count after the change of rules regarding that (at the moment it's over 200 uncounted games)

Game count updates when you add games. If any others were removed since the last update, it would reflect that after adding them

Sounds plausible. I can agree with the restrictions on some games but I wish they would revert that new gamecount rules.
