Having problem with steam games minimizing when I click left mouse button on their window
I'm not sure if this is the right location to post this but whatever sorry. So this is the weirdest issue because I haven't seen anyone online complain about this at all and therefore I didn't find any solutions. So what happens is, when I launch games from steam, the games' windows keep refreshing? (closing and then opening again in the same second) when I click LMB. I noticed the name of the window changes from Game_Name, for example, to Game_Name (not responding), and then the game immedietaly opens again in a new window, it's hard to explain. But this thing has been bugging me forever because sometimes when this happens the games minimize, and it takes a lot of clicks on the icon for them to open up again. This happens with EVERY game whether they're full screen or windowed. You can see how frustrating this is when most, if not all, games require constant LMB clicks. What's weirder to me, is that this issue only occurs in games opened from steam. Games opened from any other launcher run about as normal as you would expect. I don't know how to fix it, I tried reinstalling my graphics card driver, I tried changing display settings on the computer and nvidia control panel, I tried completely deleting steam and every game I have on it and every trace of it from my pc and this continues to happen. Someone please help me. Again sorry if this is not the right place to post about this sort of thing.

Yeah the thing is my pc is using a pirated windows 7. I didn't pirate it myself, my dad got it and I didn't know at the time. Do you think that could be the problem?
