Need to access Pes 2019 control settings from Geforce now

I need a little help here. So I download Pro Evolution Soccer 2019 today and I would like to adjust the controls to my liking. The problem is, is that in order to change the controls I have to go to Browse local files but I play pes 2019 through Nivida Geforce Now. I need to find "Settings" and adjust the controls. But when I press "browse local" files nothing opens. I have no idea what the default settings are in Pes because "B" doesn't match up with "B" on the keyboard etc, etc. So my question is, is there a way I can browse local files or download the settings for Pes 2019 because the game is basically unplayable for me.
