Thanks Steam: You've helped me decide
I was hesitant about buying games from Steam: I've heard both good, and bad, about that. However, based upon the ease of customer support (there is none) and responses to customer posts asking for help and/or technical assistance (I've received none), you've helped make my decision:

I've purchased one game; I won't be purchasing anything else from you.

I LOVE how these users always feel the need to make threads proclaiming how much they wont be using Steam in the future.

Op did not ask for help in this thread. They stated they don't intend to buy anything from valve again, good for them. I merely suggested they close their account on the way out.

Well thank god you decided to let us know, man! Here I was, unable to sleep, not knowing weather you were going to make another purchase from the store. Thank you for letting me know, I can now get a good nights sleep knowing that you've made a decision & decided to let us all know about it.
