Is it a scam or am I just too paranoid?

A friend of mine says he accidentally reported me for scam and says he wants me to add a steam admin to my friends list so i confirm with him that its just a mistake. He posted a link too. Am i just too paranoid? Or is it a scam?

It's a scam. "Duplicated items", I assume, given the procedure. Report your friend's account for being potentially compromised/hijacked.

He doesn't say for duplicated items but more people are saying it's a scam so i guess it is. But thank you (to everyone).

If it would be a real Valve Admin that person could go though your backlog and analyze where you got your items from and what you did with them. All without you even knowing and no need to contact you ever.
The scam begins when somebody with zero access to all of that contacts you in an attempt to get you to act.
