error 107 and missing _commonredist file for GTA V

For the past few days I have been experiencing crashing at launch for GTA V that starts with a weird social club loading screen, followed by the game starting, and immediately crashing with a message saying it crashed unexpectedly. Another weird thing I noticed was it would run in the background if I had something opened in front of it, but when I would try to tab into it or open it, it would instantly crash. I am also missing the _commonredist file for gta, which i am seeing is invloved in a lot of the methods used to solve this error. Here are the launcher and social club logs.
