So, step one would be to get a clean boot device (CD/DvD/USB stick...) with the right tools on it to really remove those pests from your HD.
Then do a fresh install again, and this time get some better security software to keep your PC clean, i'm using ESET for years now, and had no problems with it.
Last but not least, the best software won't keep you safe, if you let those pests again on your PC through clicking on some random "you won [insert game of the hour], click here to claim it!" links from "friends".
Best thing to do:
If you don't have dvd burner etc. Use this to make bootable flash drive for Windows 10 install, then do fresh install. https://rufus.ie
Remember not to backup any files from C:\
No i had a fresh install, not upgrade.
What do you exactly mean by clean boot device with right tools on it? Where can i get one?
Today, you should start with https://www.malwarebytes.com/ as mentioned above and trying to remove any pests you still have on your PC.
There's also a link for ESET on my profile, the last time i checked you could test it for a whole month for free, and it has a "SysRescue Live" option:
"A malware cleaning tool that runs independent of the operating system from a CD, DVD, or a USB. It has direct access to the disk and the file system, and therefore is capable of removing the most persistent threats."
that should also do the trick.
Anyway, i really recommend to at least think about getting some decent security software of your choice installed on your PC, since it looks like you need it, and i'd also recommend to get an USB HD as backup option.
