Steam Support Reaction Time
I submitted multiple problems to steam support and got automated reactions, but nothing else, it has been four days since my first report was sent, and think it is becoming quite irritating not getting a response at all. for my fist problem which is a refund request, the average waiting time is an hour to 3,5 hours. like i said i have been waiting for 4 days now, and find it very peculiar to have not heard anything from customer support. i understand that it may be more busy than usual with the summer sale etc. But still my question stands; wouldnt it be a good thing if customers would get an automated email saying that it is busy, with an estimated waiting time?

Recent account changes (any at all) will delay any request 3 days. That on top of the average waiting times... https://store.steampowered.com/stats/support

Is your ticket still listed as open here?
https://help.steampowered.com/en/wizard/HelpRequests

Also, if you send multiple requests about the same topic, each new ticket overwrites the old one and just sends you back to the very end of the waiting line.
So thats basically self sabotage.

I have not changed my account for a very long time, unless game purchases change my account. and all of my tickets where submitted 4 days ago. My tickets are still open and they are on 4 different subjects
