Level Decreased by itself

So a few hours ago i was level 57 and now i checked and i'm level 55, does anyone have any idea why this happened? (I haven't used any of the summer sale exploits if you're wondering because i know that some people got their levels reverted because of it but i haven't done anything)

I did but that was like 5 days ago, do they remove levels when you refund or something?

Yea. Otherwise you could just buy $500 worth of games, get whatever badge, then refund them all.

Still is weird because i barely got any xp from the game and i lost 2 levels which is actually a lot of xp because they aren't low levels but okay thanks for clearing it up everybody

You lost capacity/max points, which removes points from your badge, which lowers your level.
