I think I've seen it in goodwill for $10, but those keys would be used. Even if they weren't used when they went to goodwill, they do nothing to secure codes.
Hell, they don't even do disk checks. But they DO tape the game shut, in hopes you'll mess up and buy a demo disk instead of the game you wanted.
