Dicount doesnt work for all

So i want to buy tennogen in the game warframe. It will cost me 7 euro and i currently have 2 euro on my account. Why cant i use the 5 euro discount on tennogen?

Also the discount is for $5 last I checked so it may be different for other currency rates.

in europe the discount is 5 euro, when i go to checkout it just says i have 2 euro in my steam wallet and i need to add money. as if there isnt even a discount

As far as i can tell he's talking about workshop content. Wouldn't be surprised if you can't use the discount for something that isn't sold by Valve.

its sold on steam, there is nowhere stated that i cant use it for creator content. its on steam and it doesnt state anywhere you cant buy creator content with the discount

TennoGen is a collection of community created content that are selected by Digital Extremes and subsequently implemented in the Market. Revenue generated from the Market will then be split between Digital Extremes and the creator.

Not handled by Valve apparently.

doesnt matter, if its sold on steam the dicount should count. otherwhise valve should state somewhere the discount only counts for valve content, which it doesnt

Can you access the content you're trying to buy via the store? As far as i can tell you can't, so i don't see how this would count as a 'store purchase'. So yeah, i'd say it does matter, but i'm not Valve. Maybe something else is getting in the way, though i'd say it make sense that the discount it only usuable on store bought items - which tennogen isn't.

It says from a store sale and like it was said the workshop is probably different.

Does it say 'next purchase made using steam wallet'? No. It says store purchase.

...but you can purchase DLCs and items bought in the store you dolt. How is this BS? It outright says 'store'. You're trying to use the discount on something that isn't sold in the store.

like i said, its an ingame purchase. tennogen can only be accassed throuhg the game it self. not in the store. still it takes money from your steamwallet
