Crunchyroll is still considered a small American company compared to Lionsgate and even Sentai Filmworks. They only have enough money to go around for certain regional licensing.
Licensing is very expensive and even Valve is giving up on all videos now.
It's not Crunchyroll - it's the who they buy the rights from. CR would love to sell everything everywhere - it's way better for they're marketing.
As far as i remember you could not even access the store pages of the stuff if that was not available in your country.
and this is fine but why the hell do they restricting purchased stuff ? i was in germany bought few animes how the hell im supposed to know that those animes wont work in my country it is nowhere mentioned
If you bought stuff while traveling that's unfortunate and If you used a VPN to spoof your region (if that's even possible on Steam?) well then live and learn I suppose.

Actually it is. He is 100% right. Its frustrating, I know, but thats how it is.
Well, that really does really suck - sorry man. And you can't get a refund. There's no real advice we can give you, but at least your voice got heard and maybe someone is listening...so take solace in that.
