Edit ; clearing something up further.
for example ive bought the anime Berserk ive traveled to germany and bought it officaly there on Steam why im not allowed to stream it in my homeland russia ?
i understand Geo Blocking things if they dont have the licences to sell their stuff in a certain country but Blocking the Stream after i bought it doesnt makes any sense.
Because it was never licensed for viewing in Russia.
Complain to Crunchyroll.
https://www.crunchyroll.com/help?topic=contact
when i buy a game in a different country i can play it after 90 days without a block. ur point is not valid
and where does it says on the store page that the stream is locked to certain countries
Game licenses =/= Video streaming licenses.
if Valve sells Chrunchyroll stuff here they have to mention it that the streams wont work in certain countries where this ♥♥♥♥ company (chrunchyroll) doesnt have the licences
and yeah ive contacted Crunchyroll they stopped answering me
They don't, no.
I'm assuming you also went off on CR support and that's why they stopped responding.
no i was kindly
how can it be legal issues if its not mentioned on the store page ?
also there are the only ones with this kind of Geo Block lionsgate or Sentai Filmworks never did this kind of stuff
and they also have the rights for certain regions but the streams are working worldwide
i like it how some people still protecting companies like chrunchyroll
