Why Team Corgi have so many people?

Why Team Corgi have so many people?

I just dont understand :/ the reason why I chose Team Corgi was because I clicked on the first team I saw, but now everyone is in there for some reason.

Me too.. I was like on day 1. Don't wanna be Rabbit or turtle.. Over done with the race thing.. So I choose team corgi.. Didn't even know that it was a thing.. Or popular. But If I get the chance to move. Im out. LOL.

Because Steam made the idiotic mistake of letting people see who was in the lead when they went to choose what team they wanted to be in. All the late comers saw that corgi was in the lead when they went to choose their team, and as such chose team corgi (cause who doesn't want to be on the winning team?).

The teams should have been randomly chosen from the start. It was a massively idiotic oversight on Steams part.

Why is Team Corgi not given a larger chance of prize pool is the real question we should be asking....

That is an assumption ... I picked the dog because ti was closest to the mouse icon at the time.

This idea people researched it is getting to be a bit of a joke ......

Oh god, I will die happy if there is a VN that comes out after this with a hare, tortoise, pig, cockatiel, and corgi characters. I won't play it, but I will love to know it exists.

I mean, I saw they were winning, and when I could join I joined the winning team. You'd be crazy not to.

So you are projecting ...well done. Did you consider the majority at the start who had no idea of team numbers and just picked whatever was shiniest in their eyes?

Not really. It's specifically why I joined, otherwise I would have gone with the hare (since I really like rabbits). By the time I got on Steam it was late in the day, Corgi had a massive lead on the other teams and the hare was in 4th place. Kinda seemed like a no brainer to join team corgi.

Though now I'm actually regretting my choice since so many people joined corgi it now gives me way less of a chance of winning a free game then it would have if I joined another team and got in second or third place.

I guess that's karma for ya.

In my case I simply misunderstood the rules, I thought only the winning team would get a chance to win something and since Corgi was so far ahead it seemed to be the only chance to get something at all.

So your saying YOUR the problem ..... you also give early adopters like myself less chance and now Valve is deliberating screwing us because of their inability to balance teams.

Maybe they could simply increase the prize pool for the larger team but no .... much better to screw over EVERYONE and chop and change depending on how the forum looks....

And changing Teams is fine IF they restart the event. Mid event though and they had better up Corgis chances as compensation for all the throttles they have unfairly put upon us.

No, Valve gave you less chance by making users be able to influence the event, coupled with giving users a visual representation of the winning team, which of course will lead to latecomers joining that team. That's just human nature. No one's gonna pick the losing team if there's prizes involved.

No , that is all you .I stated Valve should have balanced the team. You chose yet blame Valve? Interesting idea .....
