No lol

I was under the impression it was three out of the millions playing, so if you are easily crushed by disappointment I would log off until the event ends.

Well, I won once... it *might* happen again.. but if it doesn't I don't care much.

I'm really confused about this too. I put some games and software I really want in my top 3, since they're making it sound like I can apparently get them for free if my team wins. I really don't understand how any of this works, though.

Its a drawling, you're not guranteed to win. oh you mean the race finish? Idk then

I think you get either your 1st 2nd or 3rd ranked wishlist game based off whatever place your team gets by the end of the event, if thats the case just put the game you most want in the position you think your team will get?

Only steam would know what the prize is for the last day, But I just hope they live up to their promise The community has enough backlash already

It’s a lottery, 300 games between millions of users

Yeah, It's possible to win. Very unlikely tho

Oh, now that makes more sense. I mean, I never expected this to be super easy, but now I understand how this is working. Thanks.

Hi there. Well right now I am in a trip for 30 days when the event started and I can't play games until 17th of July to earn points. Can I also get a chance to get the top 3 games on my wishlist or not???? All I can do is watch the event through my mobile.

I enjoy part of the terms: "The winners are solely responsible for any taxes applicable to the prizes". I mean, obviously, but games would presumably just appear in the winners' library, how would the government even monitor this?

The whole giveaway thing is, dare I say, scummy, considering many people won't actually look into the odds. If people were suddenly generally rational, this event wouldn't generate any "impulse" purchases at all. I'd say Valve needed to increase the giveaway to at least 100 000 games overall and maybe remove multiple winnings for the same person on the last day (just have odds be higher for winning teams). Right now this is insulting...
