Dark Souls isn't relaxing at all. xd I played that once or twice and it's unbelievably frustrating but I guess that's the point. :)
I as example can relax best in a strategic turn based tactical game. Like Disgaea 1-5. Or in a game like Skyrim, heavy modded to hell.
Or in a simple puzzle game like Gyromancer.
Audiosurf 2 is able to play your own music, doubling the relaxing effect, if you like music.
One of the Sim City games, if you're into building and planning.
