You can earn tokens by completing Quests in the Grand Prix Summer Sale event. Purchase games during the Summer Sale to upgrade the capacity of your Boost Meter in the Grand Prix. Recent purchases made using your account will also upgrade your capacity. Complete Quests to fill your Boost Meter with points and Nitro, then Boost your team to earn tokens. You'll receive 100 capacity per $1 you spend. Note that any additional discounts applied in-cart will impact the capacity you are awarded.
The TL:DR version of how to get tokens is:
1. Complete quests/buy games to get boost.
2. Use boosts to boost (duh) your team.
3. Receive tokens.
And how can I get many tokens in a day because I want to reach the 15k tokens prize
Points claimed from achievements do not get added to your max points.
You've reached your max point limit. Points do not reset daily. You need to increase your max points cap. So, until you buy something from the Steam store or do the four qualifier tasks, you'll not be able to claim any more points.
Note, every day you'll receive a "bonus" of a 100 points towards your max points only if you've boosted in the previous race. This is what the event page text refers to by "Come Back Tomorrow".
Also, if you've bought something already, that was a one time increase - you do not get to claim that amount of max points daily. And since you've reached your max - you've already spent that.
While you're maxed out on points game quests might not update.
If you're confused about your point calculations, your full event history is available on your Pitstop page. Under Token Balance click View Details
Here's a brilliant Youtube video explaining all that random stuff on screen:
