If they're free, just redeem them on the second account.

i know but thats not what i would like to do if a game is free it should not be by the same rules like i can play a game while my friend is using rpg maker or software

That doesn't make sense. Like I'm trying to decipher what you meant, but it's confusing.

Either you don't like the way sharing works, or you don't want to redeem the free game on the second account.

Or both, which isn't an option.

all games have a license attached to them, free and paid games. just because a game is free doesnt mean anything, it only means no one had to pay for it. there are some games that you had to pay for but are now free to play (CSGO is one of them).

as stated, if you want to play a free game on your account, just activate it.

also, library sharing only allows one person to access the library, doesnt matter what game is being used.

If it's FREE, there's literally no reason to NOT install it on all accounts available. It's FREE. That means BOTH / ALL accounts can play it at the same time.

sharing is not needed on free games. lol its literally free. asking for anything is pretty stupid.

the reason is regardless who wants to play whos games if im playing a free game my friend cant play any of my owned games that are not free and visa versa and most "free" games have dlc or mtx that are not free and also my friend could not play dd2 at the time as we where shareing and it didnot let him install it

I have a paid game, I wanted to know will remain the incentive game after you remove it from the PC in my library for re-download in the future, I actually this question was asked
Zekiran Jun 8, 2019 @ 3:47pm
And as I said, If it's a paid game, it's yours on your steam account forever (provided it doesn't get absolutely removed from Steam, which has occurred but very very rarely). Only free games 'vanish' when you remove them from your computer, and you have to actually go to the 'store' page to get those back. Anything you've paid for is going to be on your steam library forever.

That's why steam accounts are so great, even if you discover you have a game that your computer can't currently run, once you have one that CAN run that game, you can download it because you already own it. :)

It sounds like OP is trying to say he wants to family share a free game, by playing the free game through another Steam account. This is something a lot of games don't allow you to do because shocking though it may be, there are people who try to avoid game bans on their Steam account by playing and cheating on a game via family share.

Then they can make a new steam account like anyone else, yeh?

just ask him buy the game or you the one who need to buy the game.

Family sharing used for some parent that allowed their kids to play a game when the parent going to work. Its called "FAMILY SHARING". What you do just giving and ask your friend a free game....
