getting locked for 3 dota 2 items I got from chests I bought

so getting an account locked because "someone" said I stole 3 items OH and threthen someones life for trading cards...
no where in my history is this listed BUT I was offered 5 games (yes 5) out of my 305 libary of 14 years...
then I was offered 100 games...
wtf valve I did nothing wrong. got some items stolen from me, reported it and didnt get them back and now this? wtf?

There is a bunch of crap built around part of an official Valve statement used when locking accounts.

"Your account has been locked for violating the terms of the Steam Subscriber Agreement. The account has been identified as being involved in commercial activity based on reports from Steam Community users. That part is from legit communications. They added every thing else.

well snapjak how can someone change my account stuff if I am logged into it right now and what not?
I mean I have this 2 hour limit to move my items to a second account and inform them of this new account to save my non transfure items and what not...
14 years of games and crap is a lot to lose
