How can I filter installed games on the new library?
So previously steam allowed me to filter games by the ones that are installed. This is pretty useful for cleaning the computer out of games you don't have the interest nor the time to play it anymore.

I can't seem to find this function now.

You have recent button.

You have filter system which you can filter your games as you please.

What was called categories is now collections.
make a new collection name it the games type that you can identify with.
Click on the 4 white squares, Make a new
then rightclick a game and add to . Expand games list

You can hit the little button next to "Games" with the play icon in a circle. This includes games you can stream remotely from local pc's. If you only want locally installed games, click the sort/filter button to the right of the search bar and then select "Installed Locally", you can then save as a dynamic collection that automatically changes when you install/uninstall a game.
