Will i get Vac banned ?

if i buy Garry`s Mod now will it auto Vac Ban me from the game ?

depends on the cheat you downloaded. they are not worth the headache they cause you.

reformat the computer/reset the OS to factory new, stop downloading cheat programs

VAC bans are delayed. Either your account cheated by definition or played on a contaminated device when connected to a VAC protected server.

You will not get banned again if you buy GMOD.

and i was not hacking i didnt play for a week (valve can check my online timeline)
and i got vac banned for literally no reason
i think it is because i got hacked from a game in steam and they got my acc and yea..
they even selled some of my skins and i got vac banned...

Account cheated, account banned. If you were 'hacked' then you know the reason why your account is banned.

I mean, if you know there is no reason you got VAC banned from CSGO, then no need to ask.

My theory (and I am in no way accusing them of cheating, this is a theory): OP cheated and doesn't want to admit it because they either feel guilty or don't want to look bad.
Lesson to learn if that is the case: Never cheat.

If you really did get hacked: Report it to Valve, they'll probably look into it if you provide them with revelant information.

The same mechanism may net you a GMod ban if you don't prevent it.

For you to get ban you used something that trigger the VAC anti cheat system, which you been flag for it.

FYI VAC bans are not given by anyone, theres no human interaction, it's a automated system, and if it detects you using something while playing on a VAC server it will trigger a ban, the ban are delay as well so you wouldn't know when exactly when it detected the cheats, it could be a day, weeks, or even months. They will not give any information either on how, why, or when.



Now to answer the questions, no you will not get VAC ban for buying a game, you will not get VAC ban for running a game, you will not get VAC ban because of Garry mod. You will get VAC ban for using cheats simple as that, not because of Garry mod period. So for you to ask your question OP, must seem that you're aware of something on your system that may trigger the VAC ban, so I suggest remove it, if you want to avoid getting vac ban again because of it when playing on a VAC server.

and the question is will i get vac banned in garrys mod because it said from game with the same engine and i dont know you just need to type no or yes an this is it its not neccesary to type 1000 words..
