Disable Noclip

Hello!

I want to make the duty job only job able to noclip as its kinda ruin the server when you for example see hobo noclip.

How do i do this?
Do i Just disable the comman noclip?

--What i want this to do - -
So say if you are on duty and want to switch to rp, as soon as you are the RP job, your noclip wil turn off and you wil not be able to noclip, not until you are on duty again.

This is for Garry's mod and the gamemode DarkRP
