How to change name without having to exit your game?
ive been trying to look on youtube and the steam forums but i cant seem to find out how to change your name without exiting your game

Bring up the Steam Overlay when in-game, and open the Friends & Chat window. At the top of that window you'll see your profile name. Click the arrow next to your name and then click Edit Profile Name.
