Is steam trading down?
I wanted to trade for some items, but it keeps giving me error 28. Anyone having this problem?

I tried finding ways to report the issue. Seems there's no direct way. Every click leads you to some dumb FAQ without the option to submit support ticket. But I guess those responsible are busy swimming in wads of cash. Pity... because of this lag, backend SQL issues, and what-nots, they lost their chance to swim in bigger sea of cash.

valve will definetely fix this within the next 30 minutes and not make us wait 12 hours for this issue to be ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ fixed

lets not forget how steam messed up the servers this summer and you literally couldnt message your friends

its been like this for about 5 hours for me. usually its fixed within the first couple hours tho
