Thanks for the 5 mins of fun... The scammer probably spend several hours or days to setup and paid for hosting/domains out of his own pocket, blahahaha.

The "Log In via Steam" popup is faked/phishing (not a real popup, but rather part of the website itself in an attempt to steal login details). If you logged into that, change your password and check your Steam Guard.
I'll deal with the phishing website.
I hope you do a support ticket to Steam about the website and what they tried to get you to do. Might help Valve get sites like that taken down.
Do you see the 'link removed' there? Because that's a sign that Valve/Steam already know about this site, and have already taken pains to get people to NOT post it here.
