Gamesroll website, legit or not ?
So there are some people, sharing links to this website, gamesroll, idk if i'm allowed to share a link so I won't, but on this site u roll "a magic wheel" and than u "get" a game, good, now u have to log in with ur steam, I don't trust that, is it legit or not ?

It's a scam. Spin the wheel, win a game and then you get a countdown to redeem the game (why though?) and you're asked to login with your Steam credentials.
If you do such a stupid thing, you're account is compromised.

The original "GamesRoll" website was terminated as a scam / phishing personally by me, is there a new one (different domain extension perhaps - both COM and ORG have take-downs)? Or does it not work anymore?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=94bGzWyHbu0

Youtube account has also been terminated: "Video unavailable
This video is no longer available because the YouTube account associated with this video has been terminated."

Thanks for the 5 mins of fun... The scammer probably spend several hours or days to setup and paid for hosting/domains out of his own pocket, blahahaha.

The actual website is: https://www.gamersroll.com/

Don't post it here, but feel free to add and PM me it.

EDIT: I've found it already.

The "Log In via Steam" popup is faked/phishing (not a real popup, but rather part of the website itself in an attempt to steal login details). If you logged into that, change your password and check your Steam Guard.

I'll deal with the phishing website.

To the OP:

I hope you do a support ticket to Steam about the website and what they tried to get you to do. Might help Valve get sites like that taken down.

Do you see the 'link removed' there? Because that's a sign that Valve/Steam already know about this site, and have already taken pains to get people to NOT post it here.
