RDR 2 Pre-Order date for steam?

I read this on their website "Red Dead Redemption 2 for PC will also be available to pre-order at the Epic Games store, Greenman Gaming, the Humble Store, GameStop and additional digital retailers starting October 23rd"

But not mention to steam, this mean pre order later after that date?

The news says coming to Steam in December. I'd assume 1 month then, so likely around December 5th, that's one month from November 5th, when the game releases.

Goes to show that rockstar doesn't want to share their money with steam at first. Make most money on own launcher and epic store then mop us the rest on steam.

If they wanted that they'd go exclusive for longer. They want Day One Sales on their own launcher first, then get stragglers on Epic, then the rest of us for long-term sales on Steam.

1 month,6 months,1 year really just moot at this point.will make 2020 my best year ever.exclusives expiring,new releases they dont realize im in no hurry ...i'll still play and where i want.bring it on im locked and loaded
