Your account is not banned, it's compromised.
Do not trade anything.
SECURE YOUR ACCOUNT NOW!

Oh, and STOP ENTERING YOUR LOGIN CREDENTIALS ON FAKE WEBSITES!

edit:
Man, that ban message has terrible english.
"𝐀𝐂𝐂𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐓 𝐅𝐔𝐍𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐘 𝐖𝐈𝐋𝐋 𝐁𝐄 𝐋𝐈𝐌𝐈𝐓𝐄𝐃. 𝐁𝐀𝐍 𝐀𝐑𝐄 𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐌𝐀𝐍𝐄𝐍𝐓, 𝐍𝐎𝐍-𝐍𝐄𝐆𝐎𝐓𝐈𝐀𝐁𝐋𝐄 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐍𝐎𝐓 𝐁𝐄 𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐎𝐕𝐄𝐃 𝐁𝐘 𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐀𝐌 𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓."
That is just plain terrible grammar.

as posted by others, here's what you should do:
scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
deauthorize all devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
revoke any api key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey
change your password on a clean computer.
generate new back up codes https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
contact Steam Support for more help https://support.steampowered.com/
unfriend/report/block the account(s) that are involved in the scam.

you might also want to inform your friends that your account is compromised, so that they won't click on any links the scammer might send to them.

real Valve/Steam employees can allready access all accounts fully, they do not need anything from the user. anyone trying to get informations about your account through chat or discord, or is trying to get you to trade anything from your account to another is probably a scammer.

in the future only log into Steam through the client and not any 3rd party web pages/links.

btw. you also might want to remove those "you're a winner!!!" messages from your profile, since that's probably how the scammer got hold of your account informations in the first place...

"Well you see, it's not a scam site if it's not obvious and a person you trust for no reason tells you to go there."

Or something like that anyway.

Has nothing to do with the topic, is not a VAC ban and has nothing to do with this forum, at all.

i got scammed last night because of this message. they told me to put all my items on a bot safe storage they created says "Moderator/developer" which looked legit but actually fake. took all my arcanas and other valuable items costing around $400 then asked me to put $10 into the new account the made for me so that they can give me a new unique ID which i thought was real too so i did it anyway then i checked my bank after that i got charged a few bills costing a total of almost $200. now my account is saying i am permanent banned and steam took 2 months to decide on this issue to ban me. but the thing is i didnt even play any games for the past like 4 months? and i got this message of permanent ban as of today. now my account name is changed into numbers.

is it possible to get my account back?
JnV_Jenni Apr 6, 2020 @ 2:31am
This is automatic message:
Your account has been banned because we detected that you used illegal softwares in your Games
You got reported by many players and we has to limit your account, our decision took 2 months, we analyzed all your activity and reports.

When the software detects a cheat on a player's system, it will ban them in the future, possibly days or weeks after the original detection. It may kick players from the game if it detects errors in their system's memory or hardware. No information such as date of detection or type of cheat detected is disclosed to the player. After the player is notified, access to online "VAC protected" servers of the game the player cheated in is permanently revoked and additional restrictions are applied to the player's Steam account.

The decision is permanent and it can't be undone.

Your account will get banned at 6, April 2020 (12:43:00) GMT
You will not be able to play on public servers in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive and you will not be able to trade any in-game items after 6, April 2020 (12:43:00) GMT. They will be trade banned forever.

this is the message i recieved
Crazy Tiger Apr 6, 2020 @ 2:32am
How about you read the whole thread and then do the steps outlined in this very thread?
Cathulhu Apr 6, 2020 @ 2:32am
You still have your account. Do this:
