Do achievements from borrowed games count towards my total completition?

Im playing bioshock 1 though family sharing. I almost have all achievements but my total completition persentage hasnt gone up, and I dont remember if it went down when I first started the game

It wont progress higher until you pass the current achievements.
Once you reach current set of achievements then it will add new progress.
