Steam Transactions with Paypal stuck on working.

I just purchased Code Vein and needed 3 tries to do so.
Every time I clicked on Purchase it got stuck on "Working" and the transaction got stuck on "Pending" in my purchase history.

This is not the first time it has happened, just the first time I decided to write about it.

My Paypal account is used on two steam accounts (which do not interact with each other directly), so is the reason for the problems maybe that?

My purchase only completed after canceling the pending purchase under Account Details, emptying my cart and then logging out and back in and attempting the purchase again. So, yes, I did resolve this issue by myself but it was annoying.

I just wanted to know if someone else seems to have this kind of problem recently.

Im having similar issues, "Your purchase has not been completed.
The payment processor has reported an authorization failure. Please select a different payment method."

I don't understand why you did that. If something gets jammed, the solution is not to repeatedly jab at it with further transactions.

Financial ANYTHING is not solved with "Spam F5"

It's known that htere are issues with payments right now. It's mostly Paypal and in some cases creditcards.

For me the purchase on Paypal failed, but I have an alternative one from a bank that worked.

Uh, you can update your address, unless you, like me, despise paypal.

That's a perfectly valid reason to close the account.

I once got locked out of my amazon account because some glitch set my address back to where I lived as a teenager. That took a while to get fixed, I think 3 phone calls. First two did troubleshooting and then told me I wasn't able to prove I was me.

Third guy gave like, zero ♥♥♥♥♥. I said I could prove my identity through past purchases. I told him the fourth thing I bought was a master chief with a shotgun. He scrolled in, said "That's a pretty sweet action figure, I can now confirm that you are the user, have a great day."

I do wonder what the problem with paypal is though.

Also having this problem, tried to buy game with paypal, now it's stuck on "pending transaction cannot purchase" but I cannot fix it in account details
