I've noticed you have some mods enabled on your Minecraft client. Have you tried running a fresh installation of Minecraft without any mods?
There are a lot of factors that could initiate this unless you answer every questions I've asked or anyone else who'll participate in this thread of yours in the future to figure out what's causing the problem.
I don't have Minecraft installed at the moment but since you know what we're talking about, I assume you can provide the details I need.
Can you take a screenshot of your Minecraft settings? From the graphics quality, etc..
Also what's your monitor's refresh rate?
If you don't know what's your monitor's refresh rate then we gotta manually find it. I'm using Windows 7 while you're using Windows 10 so I can't guide you through.

Follow the guide in that link and it'll lead you to that settings to find out your refresh rate.
Screen refresh rate:
## Hertz
If so then better recording software can help you
If not then tell me your PC specs and also disable mods or lower the settings
