Why, when I open discussions, do I get 100% FC2? I do not even have that game in my 3 lists eg: AofE 2013; FO4 and a hidden object gamre???

I get those when I play games, otherwise I just go right to general.

You can scroll past the recently played or interacted hub links, and ... cruise the forums. The recent ones will always be at the top.

That's why they show up there. Game ownership is not relevant.

I thought it showed the most recent games you played? And a random list on the Game Forums tab?

I see most recently played as it states on the page, "Forums for your recent games." But I've seen forums I've posted in recently. I think the latter is what shouldn't be there.

There's both, in my experience. I'll click a link in a discussion here that leads to a weird game hub I've never been on, and it'll show up in my feed, but also when I play a game those hubs will be there too.
