Isometric C/ARPG scifi setting (not post-apocalyptic)

Anyone know of any scifi type of rpgs? Preferably, but not exclusively isometric?
Dioblo-esque, or turn-based such as Baldur's Gate. But not so much tactical or basebuilding, i.e. no 4x, nor XCom or Shadowrun. Wasteland 2 is close, but still a bit too tactical/post-apocalyptic.
I could imagine something like Alien, but more like, well, diablo alt. BG.
I.e. dungeon crawling with lasers, in space-ships and/or colonies.

Thanks, also interesting. Marvel Heroes is not what I am out after, but I they way I posed my question I can see why you suggested it.
