All items purchased in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, Dota 2, and Team Fortress 2 can’t be sold on the Community Market for seven (7) days. Additionally, newly purchased Dota 2 treasures are not marketable or tradable for the set amount of time noted on their store page.

After purchase, this item:
will not be tradable for one week
cannot be listed on the Steam Community Market for one week
on the item page, below the item picture.
i think all are like this.
Because flipping a $0.03 ♥♥♥♥♥♥ background will cause ripples within the community and is a target for scammers (this is sarcasm at its finest)
so many items are being sold right now at like $5-10 on the low end then 20-30 on high end, but if I can't sell it for a week it may have balanced out :/ cmon gaben just let it be like a stock market
Things have changed since the 2 years ago when this post was posted and died.
will not be tradable for one week
can immediately be re-sold on the Steam Community Market
yet just bought a skin and even thou i can list it in market does not show a top with cheapest price?
There are issues with listings that are more current than the 2+ year old thread.
Wait it out.
