Unable to purchase Game Bundle - SCS (Euro Truck Simulator 2)
When I try to purchase the SCS Complete Bundle I get this prompt and it will not allow me to complete the payment transaction. Some of the games are already in my library and it has removed the dupilcates from the bundle (as it should) reducing the price and in turn should allow me to complete my collection. The message I get is:

"You cannot complete your transaction because you are attempting to purchase an item that is already included in another packaged item in your cart. Please check your cart to verify that you are not purchasing an item multiple times. The most common cause would be purchasing DLC along with a deluxe version of a product that already includes the same DLC."

This is not a new issue as it has happened numerous times to other people's bundle purchases for other games. Unfortunately Steam's automated help service does not address or fix the issue. This is a perfect example of where speaking to a live Steam representative would ideally correct this problem.

I have tried the recommended fix that others have mentioned in the forums by purchasing it through the mobile phone app and it gives me the same prompt. Also this is the only item in my cart so I have narrowed it down to this bundle.

Steam please read this and fix the issue.

Doubt they will read it. They don't seeem to care about their client base anymore, or they wouldn't have switched to a fully automated "help" tree that goes round and round in circles. I've been trying for an hour to chase down a purchasing problem; I follow the "Purchase problem" prompts and it leads to a dead end at "problem with your CD key". SO essentially there is no help for Steam, and no meaningful support. I'm trying to figure out why it won't let me purchase a game as a gift. It says something about a "personalized list" or something but WHAT DIFFERENCE DOES THAT MAKE IF I'M THE ONE BUYING IT! GUESS I WON'T BE! THANKS, STEAM! Why would you do something to inhibit sales and potentially anger your customers? Any business-types working in there?

did you check tou balance etc or maybe internet errors or maybe viruses

No, I did get this message : "Because the contents of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim + Add-Ons are personalized for your account, it cannot be purchased as a gift." It's an answer, I guess, but it doesn't explain why. It isn't a regional issue and I don't own any of the items in the bundle.

I guess Steam doesn't want to fix that to make a sale. I placed a ticket and no response. This is sad.
