Remove Steam Market Listing Hold at Once

Hello,

I was looking into selling PUBG Creates.
First, I was denied to sell anything as I didn't make any purchase in the last month up to 1 year a go - which is outrageous: making me buy stuff off steam to deal with my belongings?! So I went on an bought 1$ worth of game.

Now, 1 month later, market claims I need to have 1 week steam app on my mobile phone in order to sell anything under 15 days. And, I can't have sell multiple items at once. How can they shove down my throat their app like that? and buying from them in-order to use steam features - what the hell happened? I remember the market as a place you can make a quick buck off cards for some small game discount.

I downloaded their app anyway, but I do not wish to wait another week as the crates prices will drop another 0.1$ and they will be close to invaluable. Is there anyway to confirm my identity and disable this ridiculous punishment? A phone number? An email? Company this big and nowhere to address for any matter at hand?

Simple and short answer is, no. There's no other ways then using the mobile authenticator. You have to wait 7 days.

In the future, if you have to swap your mobile device, you'll only have 2 day holds for a short period of time given you use the transfer.

This is more so to say this is mostly a one time thing.
