I.e. you seem to have corrected these tags on games that should have had them but didn't.
"oh, you tagged an obvious RPGMaker game? I bet you love RPGMaker games! Look at this huge, heaping pile of trash... I mean RPGMaker games!"
It is definitely the wrong use for it of course that's not what the list is for.
http://store.steampowered.com/tag/browse/#yours_14139 is the tags you've applied unless you only tag games with tags you like (which I luckily do) it's not particularly useful.
http://store.steampowered.com/tag/browse/#recommended_19 this on the other hand is the list that Steam is recommending to you based on games you actually play.
