steam in cuba?

i might have to move in cuba for a while and i was wondering if i buy my internet over there if it possible to use steam and play my games like usual or i wont be able to please let me know thanks.

You should be able to play in offline mode, but due to sanctions I believe you will not be able to access the store or download. The community may be blocked as well.

Edit: As you can see here http://store.steampowered.com/stats/content/ Cubans are not downloading anything. They may be using a vpn or something though. Do not use a VPN in conjunction with the store or anything that may be region locked/restricted.
