Looking for a hard management game
Hello !

I am looking for a specific kind of game and for now I can't find anything corresponding :
- Mangement/simulation game
- not too much micromanagement
- not too much geographical management (like, choosing where bulding are suppose to go) - and it's not a problem at all if there is no map or building
- genral graphs about financial status, genral information and cursor, or more generally things that enables me to understand what happens over different criteria
- Concrete goals to achieve, with a real risk of not meeting them
- If possible, risk of bankcruptcy (not necessarly litterally financial)

Do you know any ?

I appologize for my bad english, I am not a native speaker. And I hope that I posted this message in the right forum !

Clicker Heroes. It has the most depth in terms of micromanagement, knowing when and where to spend the multiple forms of currency, mechanics that allow you to have an idle or active or even hybrid builds. It's also 100% free.

Project Highrise. A building mange wnt game. It has various offices and shops or restaraunts you can build, managing finances, cleaning the building making sure there is power/water/gas/cable tv to the right places. Probably the second best micromanegment game I have ever played.
I read a review recently in PC gamner magazine for this game: -

It seems to be exactly what you're looking for - but it's got the price of a new AA game too.

Yeah, this caught my eye too. Someone described it to me as "4X meets Wall Street", which sounds very much up my alley. Though I figured I'd wait for the price to come down some.

Thanks for your suggestions! Offworld Trading Compagny seems relly nice, I will probably get it soon!

Xplicit -> I do not want to micromanage ;), plus clickers aren't really my thing (I loose too much time on them for not enough pleasure).

Hextravert -> I have seen this one (and other park theme sim), and I fear that the management part will be easy in order to let the player build, which is not really what I want. I was really fond of the first Roller Coaster Tycoon when I was younger, and played exclusively with the objectives scenarios. I tried to played it recently, but I'm want better than back then and meeting the set goals is just to easy. Trying to have the prettiest park is not fun for me. If you know if there is a hard management mode somewhere, please tell me ! (I will investigate it further one day or another)

You wanted hard management game and those two suggestions i gave fit criteria. Now i also know you don't want clickers though :P

How about Stardew Valley? It is probably harder to manage than both my previous suggestions. You have a limited amount of time per day and have to manage between watering crops / not watering them because you can get sprinklers or its raining. Feeding Animals, fixing up the community centre for rewards such as fixing fast travel system and other various things. Attending Seasonal events, managing birthdays and relationships with over 20 unique npc in the game. All that in and more in a very short space of time every single day whew....

I'm exactly like that: I wanted a challenge instead of just creating a pretty park.

Fortunately, they added a brand-new mode called Harder Challenge Mode last November.

Guests are definitely way harder to please and making a profit can be time consuming. :AWESOME:
