game has been stuck at Downloading 94 percent for 5 days

been trying for 5 days to get this game to finish downloading. Cleared download cached reinstalled steam ran as admin rebooted pc rebooted steam reinstall the game 6 times all to no Avail someone help me please

Have you ensured that your HDD has enough space available?

Also posting this on the Total Warhammer forums would probably help you get better results as well. Because there you could find out if other people are having your specific problem. Instead of asking the general audience here in steam discussions, most of which probably don't even own the game.

i asked there got no responses and my hdd has 77gb free and the game needs 33 so i have more than enough space. At this point its beyond frustration 7th reinstall attempt so many cache clears and 2 steam reinstalls

Antivirus sounds most likely from what I saw in the links so might be worth a shot.

every other game and download goes fine while this one sits at 13.7 gb of 14.5 and then pauses and unpauses saying Connection lost yet my internet never drops and other downloads start once it does that its a very confusing problem. I just want to play some total war :(

played every total war had to refund this one when i first got it needed a gpu upgrade but now that i can play it and friend gifted it i can not play it due to steam refusing to download the final 1.5 gbs
