By doing the tasks listed. If you need help with a particular task you would have to tell us which one is causing you problems. You have the Community Leader badge, which is the upgraded version of the Community Ambasador.

What I try to tell you, "community ambassador 200XP" was the badge you had before you got "Community Leader 500XP", there is no way to have both, and you can't go back.
