Report a translation problem
Most likely to satisfy those who dislike a screenshot/artwork etc., it however does not affect any visible statistics.
Or perhaps work the same way a workshop item does with a star rating.
But screenshots have no star rating. Or stats of any kind aside from visitors and favourites.
Screenshots are not really 'bad' You either like them or you just ignore them, a negative rating of a screenshot is probably not necessary.
But yea a downvote isn't even needed for that because we have a report button for that sort of stuff.
Like said above, downvote button decreases the like count, and the like count is the parameter to tell what is popular in a game hub, and in the central hub. Popular stuff show up on top, so yeah, it does affect where content shows up in the hub feed.
