Report a translation problem
When Scout is the neighbor it's just not fair. The damage on nuts needs to be reduced, 10 damage is too much. It needs 5 damage per nut, or reduce her carrying capacity. If you find a child in a straight hallway you can pelt them with nuts 10 times and the child bleeds out. You don't even need to switch into Neighbor form.
Edit: Also the Scout's quest of hitting the neighbor 3 times absolutely works, the speed boost just isn't permanent like the tool-tip says it should, and if it did work as intended she would be even more broken.
