Having sexuality even is also fine in entertainment as well. It's how the individual digests it and the purpose of the display, my nation in particular has a serious religious fanatic problem with being anti nudity and sex..
Furthermore, this game is historically accurate and not at all going for some aesthetic perfection for more men to obsess over. It was tasteful from all I saw, and some sensual poses in art was the only other thing I saw.
I ate the spoiler for the point, this is a horror game, I would expect it.
