6. The character is stuck or has fallen through the environment: Please reload an earlier save from the Main menu. The game automatically save at the start of every map, and some also have automatic saves at multiple points in a map.

9. I am stuck on a black screen after the intro cinematic: Try these things: Verify the files (right click->properties -> local data -> Verify..) and then Restart Steam. If that fails: Uninstall and then reinstall. We know this doesn't work for everyone, but seems to help some. We are investigating this issue.
   
   
10. I don't like the FPS being capped to 60FPS: The reason for the cap is due to how physics works in the engine, and to keep that predictable and stable. You can however uncouple rendering from the FPS cap, but some things will not be updated in more than 60FPS. You can uncap FPS rendering by doing following:
    
    Go to Documents/My Games/Amnesia Rebirth/Main find the settings file and open it in a text editor
    change
    <Engine LimitFPS="true"
    to
    <Engine LimitFPS="false"
